The Global Strategic Accounts Director is a high-visibility position with overall P&L responsibility for developing and executing profitable growth plans for selected corporate accounts. This position provides strategic direction and sets sales and profit targets to grow Solenis' business within assigned key accounts, while also providing strategic guidance to regional sales teams. Additionally, the Global Strategic Accounts Director collaborates closely with Regional Sales, Marketing Communications, the Knowledge-Based Services team, and Engineering.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Solenis Food & Beverage Global Strategic Account long-term strategic plan and annual business plan.
- Drive business growth in alignment with the strategic plan to consistently deliver Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.
- Establish a sustainable collaboration platform across Knowledge-Based Services, the Regional Sales organization, and Engineering to build strategic selling plans for key accounts.
- Establish and enforce consistent global pricing policies, contract structures, and commercial terms and conditions for assigned key accounts, while leading major price negotiations.
- Lead end-to-end contract negotiations to secure profitable, long-term business.
- Drive the introduction of innovations and new technologies across Global Strategic Accounts.
- Cultivate robust, long-term relationships with primary client stakeholders to secure account loyalty and retention.
- Coordinate cross-functional company teams—including Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Marketing—to effectively achieve business objectives.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in strategic or corporate sales roles.
- Demonstrated experience building long-term strategic initiatives and comprehensive business plans.
- Expertise in defining, articulating, and delivering integrated value propositions, as well as demonstrating quantifiable value delivered to customers.
- Deep, comprehensive knowledge of the Food & Beverage cleaning and sanitation market, with Water Treatment experience highly preferred.
