Director, Client Partner - Telecom & Media

We're looking for aDirector, Client Partner – Telecom & Mediato join our team in Amsterdam, Netherlands in a hybrid working mode.

This position offers a hybrid work setup with flexibility to work from Benelux and occasional office visits required. The role is pivotal in driving strategic technology consulting initiatives for telecom and media clients, leveraging subject matter expertise to deliver impactful solutions and foster long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements for telecom and media clients
• Develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive business development and identify new opportunities
• Provide industry expertise and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
• Guide digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction
• Represent EPAM in client interactions and industry events
• Mentor and support team members

Requirements

• Extensive experience in technology consulting within telecom and media
• Proven track record in client partnership and business development
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and challenges
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Relevant degree in a related field
• Advanced problem-solving and project management abilities
• Fluency in English; Benelux languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel as required

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
