As part of the HR Employee Experience team, the successful candidate will work with team members and other stakeholders in the organisation to identify employee needs, what are the areas we need to address to improve their experience, develop the solutions and to track how we are doing. You will be expected to support various project teams to drive the end-to-end employee journey.

No one day is the same, but on an average day, you may be asked to execute employee survey, brainstorm for ideas, ideate and produce inspirational videos to improve employee experience, develop an engagement plan and work with others to implement these employee experiences.

As an individual contributor, your key responsibilities include

• Leverage your design, brand or communications expertise (including subject matter knowledge like design thinking, research, copywriting and/or content design) for story telling to inspire and engage employees.
• Work with the leadership team to develop and execute the bank’s employee experience plans.
• Deep dive and analyse the results of our campaigns and programmes to determine areas of employee experience focus and intervention, using a range of tools including data and research.
• Leverage tools, including for Video Production and Gen AI to design and deliver impactful employee experiences including videos.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement employee engagement plans, which may be at regional, country or business unit levels.

Your skills which we will value include

• Adept in a range of communication tools, including video production and using Gen AI for design and communication.
• Great project management skills and ability to plan ahead.
• Data driven, evidence based and highly analytical with the ability to convey information to other colleagues and internal stakeholders.
• Good relationship management & communication skills with an emphasis on the ability to advise and collaborate with stakeholders and work towards a common goal.
• Ability to understand strategy and how that translates into the work that needs to be done.
