We are seeking an enthusiastic, service-mindedFull-Time Dining Server to join our team and help deliver exceptional hospitality to the residents and guests we proudly serve.

Whether you're welcoming residents for breakfast, serving lunch with a smile, or creating a warm and inviting dinner experience, you'll play an important role in making every day special. This position offers the opportunity to workany shift, providing flexibility while being part of a supportive and mission-driven community.

Compensation

Pay Range: $14.50 – $17.25 per hour (Final offer based on your skills, experience, and professional background)

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional table service to residents and guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals while ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
• Prepare and maintain dining rooms before, during, and after meal service.
• Assist with special events, celebrations, and community gatherings.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents through outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or senior living experience is helpful but not required.
