Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Operations Executive to support day-to-day digital platform operations, ensure smooth system performance, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor digital applications and dashboards for issues or anomalies

• Perform basic functional checks and validations

• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution

• Maintain operational reports and documentation

• Support release validation and post-deployment checks

• Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• Freshers and career returnees are welcome

• Interest in technology, digital platforms, or operations

Skills Required

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic computer and MS Excel skills

• Good communication and coordination skills
