Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

Purpose:

The Digital Marketing Manager supports brand growth and engagement for Heinz and Ore-Ida in Japan by leading social media and website activities, supporting consumer and media events, and contributing to PR initiatives. The role works with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and global teams to deliver consistent, engaging brand communications across digital and offline touchpoints.

This position reports to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and works closely with the Brand and Category teams in Japan, as well as global and regional teams.

Job Duties

Social Media & Content:

-        Plans and manages organic social media activities for Heinz and Ore-Ida, including content calendars, engagement, and campaign execution.

-        Leads agency management primarily for social media, including briefing, workflow and schedule management, quality control, budget oversight, and performance reviews.

-        Coordinates content development with brand teams, agencies, creators, and other partners, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

-        Monitors social performance and consumer conversations, summarizes learnings, and recommends improvements.

Digital Advertising:

·      Plans, executes, and optimizes digital advertising campaigns across social media and other relevant digital platforms in collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders.

·      Manages campaign budgets, targeting, creative development, performance tracking, and reporting to improve media effectiveness and support brand objectives.

Website Management:

-        Manages day-to-day website updates and content for Heinz and Ore-Ida in Japan.

-        Coordinates website development and maintenance with global teams, local stakeholders, and external partners in English and Japanese.

-        Monitors website analytics and works with global teams and external partners to identify actionable insights for SEO, content, usability, and website optimization.

Events & PR Support:

-       Supports consumer, media, influencer, and trade events, including planning, agency coordination, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.

-       Supports PR activities such as press materials, product seeding, media coordination, coverage monitoring, and internal reporting.

-       Works with PR and event agencies to ensure activities align with brand objectives and communication guidelines.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in any field

·      Relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, website management, PR, events, or agency account management, including hands-on management of social media agencies

·      Interest in digital advertising and a willingness to learn campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance reporting; prior hands-on experience is not required

·      Native-level Japanese and business-level English, both written and verbal

·      Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

·      Working knowledge of social media management, content production, website CMS, reporting, and digital analytics tools

本ポジションはシニアマネージャー（ブランドマーケティング）にレポートし、日本のブランドチームおよびカテゴリーチームに加え、グローバル・リージョナルチームとも密接に連携します。

主な業務内容

ソーシャルメディア・コンテンツ

• ハインツおよびオレアイダのオーガニックソーシャルメディア施策について、コンテンツカレンダーの作成、コミュニティとのエンゲージメント、キャンペーンの実行を含む企画・運営を担当します。
• 主にソーシャルメディア領域の代理店マネジメントをリードし、ブリーフィング、進行・スケジュール管理、品質管理、予算管理、パフォーマンスレビューを行います。
• ブランドチーム、代理店、クリエイター、その他のパートナーと連携してコンテンツ制作を進め、ブランドの一貫性と納期を管理します。
• ソーシャルメディアの実績や消費者の反応を分析し、得られた示唆をまとめ、改善策を提案します。

デジタル広告

• 代理店および社内関係者と連携し、ソーシャルメディアをはじめとする各種デジタルプラットフォームで広告キャンペーンの企画、実行、最適化を行います。
• キャンペーン予算、ターゲティング、クリエイティブ制作、効果測定、レポーティングを管理し、メディア効果の向上とブランド目標の達成を支援します。

ウェブサイト運営

• 日本のハインツおよびオレアイダ公式サイトの日常的な更新とコンテンツ管理を担当します。
• グローバルチーム、国内関係者、外部パートナーと日本語・英語で連携し、ウェブサイトの開発・保守を進めます。
• ウェブサイトの分析データをモニタリングし、グローバルチームや外部パートナーとともに、SEO、コンテンツ、ユーザビリティ、サイト最適化につながる改善ポイントを特定します。

イベント・PRサポート

• 消費者、メディア、インフルエンサー、流通関係者向けイベントについて、企画、代理店との調整、当日の運営、実施後のフォローを支援します。
• プレス資料の作成、商品のシーディング、メディア対応、掲載状況の確認、社内レポートなどのPR業務をサポートします。
• PR・イベント代理店と連携し、各施策がブランド目標およびコミュニケーションガイドラインに沿って実施されるよう管理します。

応募資格・求める経験

• 大学卒業以上（専攻不問）
• ソーシャルメディア、デジタルマーケティング、ウェブサイト運営、PR、イベント、または代理店でのアカウントマネジメントに関する実務経験。特に、ソーシャルメディア代理店を実務レベルで管理した経験を歓迎します。
• デジタル広告への関心があり、キャンペーンの企画、実行、最適化、効果測定を意欲的に学べる方。デジタル広告の実務経験は必須ではありません。
• 日本語はネイティブレベル、英語はビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）。
• 複数の案件や関係者を同時に管理できる、優れたプロジェクト管理力、調整力、コミュニケーション力
• ソーシャルメディア運営、コンテンツ制作、ウェブサイトCMS、レポーティング、デジタル分析ツールに関する実務知識
