Pay Range: $72 - $75/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage CTV marketing activities on the website, including strategy development and localization of marketing pages.
  • Execute integrated digital advertising strategies across key digital touchpoints to communicate promotions and initiatives.
  • Brief and optimize SEM and SEO efforts to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Lead strategic promotions work streams to drive sell-through and prepare presentations for executive share-outs.
  • Develop clear briefs for creative agencies, manage timelines for asset development, and lead internal reviews with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the performance analytics team to identify and optimize marketing efforts in real-time.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4-5 years of relevant marketing experience with at least2-3 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and agency management.
  • Proficient in digital analytics and evaluating data sets to inform business decisions.
  • Passion for staying updated on technology, social, and industry trends in digital marketing.
  • Experience in website planning and optimization.
  • Strong skills in optimizing for SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent project management and time management abilities.
  • Proven capability to lead collaboration across various teams (Brand, eCommerce, Media, agencies, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to align various stakeholders.
