About the Role:
Voya Global Services is seeking an experiencedDigital Engineering Leader to head ourDigital Technology Delivery team at the India Global Capability Center (GCC). The ideal candidate will drivestrategic digital initiatives, leadengineering transformation, and partner with global technology and business leaders to deliver next-generation customer experiences across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the delivery ofdigital programs acrossweb, mobile, cloud, APIs, and customer portals.
- Driveengineering excellence by implementing best practices inAgile, DevOps, and cloud-native development.
- Collaborate withbusiness, operations, and global technology stakeholders to align digital initiatives with enterprise strategy.
- Foster innovation throughAI/ML, Low Code/No-Code, Intelligent Automation, and modern UI/UX.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team ofsoftware engineers, architects, product owners, and QA professionals.
- Oversee vendor partnerships for delivery scalability and efficiency.
- Champion a culture ofinnovation, collaboration, and performance excellence.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree inComputer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 20+ years of progressive experience in technology delivery, including5+ years in digital engineering leadership roles.
- Strong background inJava stack,microservices,API development, andcloud (AWS/Azure).
- Proven success indigital modernization andlegacy-to-digital transformation projects.
- Expertise inAgile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) andDevOps practices.
- Excellentstakeholder management, communication, and executive leadership capabilities.
- Experience managinglarge distributed teams (onsite-offshore model).
- Prior exposure toretirement services or insurance domain is a strong plus.
