As part of the Capital Markets and Wealth Engineering organization, this leader will partner closely with product, design, operations, architecture, commercial, and enterprise technology teams to define the target-state digital experience, design system, platform architecture, and modernization roadmap. The role will balance client-centered innovation with disciplined execution to deliver improved user outcomes, platform consistency, operational efficiency, resiliency, and sustained technology differentiation.

Experience across Capital Markets and Wealth digital platforms is preferred, including workflow-driven user experiences across trade lifecycle, clearing, settlement, custody, asset servicing, books and records, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, client onboarding, advisor servicing, portfolio management, reporting, billing, compliance, data integration, accessibility, design systems, and AI-enabled engagement.

Responsibilities
Experience Strategy & Team Leadership
Establish a clear UI/UX and digital platform strategy that aligns user experience, product priorities, engineering execution, client outcomes, accessibility standards, and enterprise roadmaps.
Lead enterprise-scale experience transformation by translating user needs, workflow complexity, and business priorities into structured design, platform, and delivery plans.
Develop, coach, and retain high-performing product design, UX, engineering, and platform teams that reinforce accountability, collaboration, quality, accessibility, and client focus.
UI/UX Platform Delivery
Provide executive oversight for the design, development, testing, and deployment of intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences across capital markets and wealth workflows.
Advance reusable design systems, component libraries, interaction patterns, workflow frameworks, and front-end engineering practices that improve consistency, speed, and quality.
Drive predictable delivery through clear product experience commitments, usability outcomes, accessibility requirements, quality standards, regulatory awareness, and financial discipline.
Governance & Quality
Advance design governance, SDLC, Agile, DevOps, accessibility, usability validation, and operational readiness practices across platform teams.
Define and institutionalize metrics that make user adoption, usability, accessibility, quality, platform performance, resiliency, delivery predictability, and client satisfaction visible and actionable.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory obligations, enterprise security frameworks, data protection standards, accessibility expectations, and operational risk controls.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as a senior client-facing digital platform leader, articulating the target-state experience strategy, design roadmap, migration path, platform readiness, and business value with clarity, credibility, and executive presence.
Engage global clients, business units, product partners, commercial teams, operations stakeholders, and end users to establish alignment, support adoption, and connect platform experiences to measurable outcomes.
Translate complex technology and workflow concepts into intuitive experience narratives that support decision-making, strengthen global client confidence, and reinforce enterprise alignment.
Provide structured and transparent communication regarding progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, adoption, usability insights, and strategic partner relationships across the platform ecosystem.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Lead modernization of digital platform experiences, including design systems, workflow automation, front-end architecture, APIs, data services, integration capabilities, and AI-enabled user assistance.
Promote innovation, continuous learning, human-centered design, disciplined experimentation, and measurable improvement across platform teams, practices, and operating models.
Prioritize responsible AI, automation, tooling, design reuse, and component standardization opportunities that improve productivity, usability, resiliency, efficiency, regulatory readiness, and client outcomes.

Platform & Front-End Technical Leadership
Provide architectural leadership across digital experience platforms spanning front-end frameworks, component architecture, APIs, cloud-native services, event-driven capabilities, data, and integration patterns.
Establish reusable design and engineering assets, prototypes, POCs, MVPs, shared services, and AI-ready capabilities that accelerate delivery, reduce duplication, and increase enterprise leverage.
Enhance platform experiences across trade lifecycle management, settlement exception handling, position and balance management, account servicing, client reporting, operational controls, and advisor workflows.
Embed non-functional and experience requirements into solution design to ensure usability, accessibility, resiliency, scalability, performance, security, observability, operational readiness, and regulatory confidence.
