Digital Content Specialist

Summary:

The main function of a digital content specialist is to initiate, develop, and facilitate content for defined websites. The typical content specialist will maintain a well-organized, user-friendly web presence that contains relevant content.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and deliver content and then maintain content as defined by the data governance policies of the website owner(s).
• Initiate, develop, and facilitate content for defined websites.
• Provide web content management consultation and help to ensure the implementation of brand, legal, information security, and document retention standards within the content delivered.
• Work with customer experience architects and creative agencies to design and deliver needed web content.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred. 2-4 years related experience required.

Required Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Basic knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
• Experience with .Net Core, Asp.Net, SQL Server/MySQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS.
