Digital Cloud Solution Architect

As aDigital Cloud Solutions Architect (DCSA) – Cloud & AI Platforms (CAIP), you will be a customer-facing technical leader who helps organizations realize business value from Microsoft Azure and AI technologies.

You will work closely with customers, partners, account teams, and technical decision makers to understand business priorities and technical environments, design cloud architectures, remove technical blockers, and accelerate the adoption and consumption of Microsoft Cloud solutions.

The role combines broadAzure architecture expertise with deeper technical knowledge across one or more Cloud & AI areas, including AI and agents, applications, data and analytics, infrastructure, databases, security, and modernization. You will demonstrate the value of proposed solutions through architecture design sessions, pilots, proofs of concept, demonstrations, and implementation planning while helping customers progress from technical validation to production.

• Design and deliver cloud architectures: Lead the design and implementation of technical architectures aligned with customer business and technical requirements across Microsoft Azure and Cloud & AI solutions.
• Lead pilots and proofs of concept: Develop and deliver POCs, demonstrations, and architecture design sessions that prove technical capabilities and business value and help customers move toward production deployments.
• Resolve technical blockers: Identify, troubleshoot, escalate, and help resolve technical challenges that may prevent or delay customer implementation and adoption.
• Drive customer success and cloud adoption: Partner with customers and sales teams to identify new workloads, define success metrics, establish implementation milestones, and increase adoption and consumption of Microsoft Cloud solutions.
• Engage technical decision makers: Build trusted relationships with customer technical leaders by understanding their business priorities, technology environments, modernization strategies, and industry context.
• Collaborate across Microsoft and partners: Work with sales, engineering, product, support, and partner teams to coordinate resources, resolve blockers, and deliver successful customer solutions.
• Demonstrate technical solutions: Customize and deliver technical demonstrations across Microsoft technologies, showing how solutions integrate with customer environments and address specific business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership: Maintain strong technical readiness, share architecture best practices, mentor peers, and contribute technical insights to internal and external communities.
• Educate customers and teams: Lead workshops, presentations, webinars, and other one-to-many engagements to explain Microsoft Cloud capabilities and accelerate customer readiness and adoption.

Required/minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales OR Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms AND 3+ years experience in technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales OR 5+ years experience in technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales OR equivalent experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders in written and verbal business environments.

Additional or preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technical architect, consulting, design and implementation, and/or sales OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years experience with cloud-based solution designs, migrations and management of technology.
• Proficiency in Portuguese is preferred, particularly for supporting and engaging with Portuguese-speaking customers and stakeholders.
