Location : On-Site in Hampton, Virginia

Duration : 6 month contract

company has an immediate opening for a Digital Process Automation Specialist. Idea candidates must have experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, building forms or applications using Microsoft Power Apps and the ability to understand a business process and translate requirements into an automated workflow.

Responsibilities :

The Digital Process Automation Specialist will support Client's initiative to eliminate paper-based and manual administrative processes through digital workflow automation.

This is a hands-on, project- focused role responsible for designing, building, testing, and implementing digital solutions primarily using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools. The successful candidate will partner with Finance, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and other functional teams to understand existing processes and convert manual forms, approvals, emails, and paper- based workflows into efficient, standardized digital solutions.

Experience Required:

• Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Automate

• Experience building forms or applications using Microsoft Power Apps

• Working knowledge of SharePoint Lists and Microsoft 365

• Ability to understand a business process and translate requirements into an automated workflow

Preferred:

• Experience with Power BI and dashboard development

• Experience with Microsoft Forms

• Experience with process mapping or continuous improvement

• Experience developing approval workflows and automated notifications
