About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivatedDigital Merchandising Specialist to join a leading global technology organization's Digital Experience & Merchandising team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional online shopping experiences by developing and executing digital merchandising strategies across web and mobile platforms.
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail and possess a strong combination of analytical, strategic, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Position Summary
As a Digital Merchandising Specialist, you will support a broad range of initiatives, including product launches, promotional campaigns, merchandising optimization, reporting, and performance analysis. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Product, and Business teams to help drive customer engagement and business growth through data-driven merchandising strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital merchandising strategies across web and mobile experiences.
- Support new product introductions, promotional campaigns, and key business initiatives.
- Create business briefs outlining merchandising objectives, messaging, positioning, requirements, and success metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Product stakeholders.
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and business metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Translate customer insights and business goals into actionable merchandising recommendations.
- Review and provide feedback on creative assets, content, messaging, and merchandising materials.
- Present recommendations, performance insights, and business results to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Develop merchandising plans and support execution using internal merchandising tools and processes.
- Validate content and customer experiences in staging and production environments to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions, including AI-driven approaches.
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Merchandising, E-commerce, Online Retail, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting KPIs, performance metrics, and customer insights.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven ability to drive data-informed decisions and optimize customer experiences.
- Experience within large-scale e-commerce, retail, or technology organizations.
- Familiarity with merchandising tools, content management systems (CMS), and digital experience platforms.
- Experience reviewing creative content, copy, and customer-facing digital experiences.
- Knowledge of customer journey optimization and conversion best practices.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Interest or experience in AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies.
