Job Description: Digital Adoption Specialist (WalkMe)
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Digital Adoption Specialist with experience in Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP), enterprise application training, and instructional design. The role involves developing interactive learning solutions, software simulations, user guidance, and training content to support ERP adoption and enhance the end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, tooltips, and contextual guidance.
- Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand workflows and user requirements.
- Configure triggers, segmentation rules, and personalized user experiences.
- Support ERP transformation initiatives by creating user-friendly learning resources and adoption solutions.
- Manage project deliverables, track progress, resolve issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze learning metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for improving content effectiveness and user adoption.
- Maintain design documentation, storyboards, templates, and training materials in accordance with project standards.
- Hands-on experience with WalkMe and Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP).
- Understanding of web technologies and browser-based applications.
- Knowledge of ERP applications and enterprise business workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, troubleshooting, and quality assurance skills.
- Exposure to learning analytics, reporting automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of change management, instructional design, and end-user training.
- Experience delivering end-to-end DAP implementations.
