You’ll be part of Collaboration and Productivity Solutions where you, together with your colleagues, will work with digital collaboration and productivity tools, focusing on how to generate more value from our collaboration solutions by continuously developing and adopting best practices. As a team, we cooperate daily in a diverse, ambitious, and driven global setup of over 50 colleagues with various IT stakeholders to work on our toolset, identify business needs and, promote efficiency.

You’ll play an important role in:

• identifying optimal ways for your colleagues to utilise collaboration and productivity tools
• maturing and driving adoption activities focusing on Microsoft 365 services via guidance, seminars, and business-related activities
• driving business communities to communicate and adopt the ways of working within the collaboration and productivity tools assisting inadoption activities via guidance, seminars, and business-related activities

Location:

Warsaw - Poland

The consultant is expected to conduct work from the specified location mentioned in the requisition. They are mandated to support Orsted’s offices for a minimum of 3 days per week. Fully remote work is not allowed. These rules could be modified in the future at Orsted’s discretion.

Remote work in a different country than the one listed in the requisition as “location” is NOT allowed, and may cause immediate termination of the WO.

DigitalAdoption Specialist within MS365

To succeed in the role, you:

• have experience with running adoption activities in a digital context for an international organisation
• have extensive experienceAdoption within Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Pro Plus applications with focus on supporting collaboration and productivity
• have experience with providing and executing training and facilitating workshops
• posses strong people skills, incl. the ability to interact with employees at all levels and build strong relations
• can explain complex technical scenarios in an easily understandable way.
