TheSr. People Partner will be a strategic partner across our Lodi California site that owns and delivers the local associate experience – shaping and delivering strategies for engagement, culture, talent, employee relations and employer brand. The role anticipates and mitigates people risk, ensures compliant governance, and influences leaders to deliver an inclusive and positive associate culture while enabling people leaders to lead with confidence and clarity.Â
The Sr. People Partner works closely with HRBP, COEs, and HR Shared Services to deliver scalable, compliant execution while maintaining ownership of the people agenda. They model modern HR ways of working, using self-service and case management tools as the primary entry point for HR support.
This position reports to the Director, HRBP and is part of the Operations HR team located inLodi, California and will be anon-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Partner with production and functional leaders to build a high-performing workforce through talent development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership coaching.
- Drive site culture, change management, and talent initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, improve retention, and support safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
- Support employee relations, compliance, attendance, and performance management processes, ensuring consistent application of policies and proactive resolution of workforce issues.
- Partner with HRBPs and COEs (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards) to translate global workforce/talent strategies into locally effective programs that improve attraction and retention.
- Lead and support change initiatives for the supported client group, including reorganizations, workforce transitions, and business transformations.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Undergraduate degree with 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering, organizational effectiveness, and leadership advisory experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Broad HR generalist expertise (ER, compliance, talent, engagement) with ability to independently translate global standards into locally compliant practices.
- Track record in leading local HR projects/change with moderate-to-high complexity and delivering measurable improvements to the associate experience.
- Uses people data and associate insights to spot trends and recommend actions with HRBPs/COEs and business leaders.
- Continuous improvement and process oriented – has familiarity with lean principles, problem solving and how to apply them to Human Resources in a measurable and sustainable way
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel – 10% to various locations (Sunnyvale, Newark, & other US sites)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience operating in a complex, matrixed, and global organization.
- Skilled in coaching and influencing People Leaders on sensitive matters and driving adoption of modern HR operating practices (self-service/case management).
- Leveraging digital, analytics, or AI enabled tools to enhance HR decision making and execution.

The annual salary range for this role is $130,000 to $178,000 This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
