DevTest Engineer (Development Test Engineer)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilledDevTest Engineer to develop, automate, and execute testing strategies throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in software testing, automation frameworks, API testing, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices. The DevTest Engineer will collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality software releases through continuous testing and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks.
• Create and execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end test cases.
• Develop automated UI, API, and database test scripts.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform manual testing when required.
• Execute performance and load testing.
• Validate application functionality, reliability, and security.
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot failures.
• Collaborate with developers during feature development.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
• Maintain test documentation and automation reports.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
