- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Secret Clearance
- Twelve (12+) years of progressive experience leading enterprise IT operations, systems engineering, infrastructure modernization, enterprise architecture, or automation initiatives within large-scale DoD or Federal environments.
- 3+ years of experience leading multiple agile teams or acting as a release train engineer, delivery manager, or similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines for complex applications.
- DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification or higher (e.g., Security+ CE, SSCP, GSEC, or equivalent).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
