DevOps Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps initiatives, ensuring efficient software delivery and deployment processes.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.

• Manage cloud infrastructure, automation, and configuration management.

• Oversee containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, and troubleshoot production issues.

• Implement security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment efficiency.

• Lead and mentor team members while driving DevOps best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering.

• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and automation.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.

• Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and security practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
