Devops Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilledDevOps / Platform Engineer with strong hands-on experience inGolang, Kubernetes, and AWS to design, build, and operate scalable cloud-native platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible forCI/CD automation, infrastructure provisioning, container orchestration, monitoring, and incident management in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Infrastructure

• Design, deploy, and managehighly available and scalable infrastructure on AWS

• ImplementInfrastructure as Code (IaC) usingTerraform for repeatable and secure deployments

• Manage and optimizeKubernetes clusters (EKS preferred), including upgrades, scaling, and security hardening

CI/CD & Automation

• Design and implementend-to-end CI/CD pipelines for microservices and cloud-native applications

• Automate build, test, security scans, and deployment workflows

• Ensure best practices forpipeline reliability, performance, and security

Containerization & Orchestration

• Build, optimize, and managecontainerized applications using Docker

• ImplementKubernetes best practices including deployments, services, ingress, HPA, and resource management

• Enforce container security and image lifecycle management

Monitoring, Observability & Reliability

• Implement and maintainmonitoring and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.)

• Define and monitorSLIs, SLOs, and SLAs

• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and reliability risks

Incident Management & RCA

• Participate inon-call rotations and handle production incidents

• Leadincident response, troubleshooting, and recovery efforts

• PerformRoot Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures

Collaboration & Best Practices

• Work closely with development, security, and architecture teams

• Promote DevOps, SRE, and cloud-native best practices across teams

• Contribute to platform documentation and operational runbooks

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong programming experience inGolang

• Strong hands-on experience withKubernetes (production environments)

• Strong hands-on experience withAWS (EKS, EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, Load Balancers, CloudWatch)

• Proven experience designing and implementingCI/CD pipelines

• Expertise inInfrastructure as Code, preferablyTerraform

• Deep understanding ofcontainerization and orchestration best practices

• Experience withmonitoring, logging, and observability tools

• Solid experience inincident management and root cause analysis

Nice to Have

• Experience building or supportingcloud-native microservices architectures

• Knowledge ofcost optimization strategies in AWS

• Exposure toSite Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles

• Familiarity with security scanning tools and DevSecOps practices

• Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

• 4–8 years of experience inDevOps / Platform / Cloud Engineering

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
