We are looking for a skilled and motivatedDevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and CI/CD practices, with a strong focus on building, maintaining, and optimising scalable, secure, and reliable environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure acrossAmazon Web Services (AWS) andGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Develop and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions usingTerraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.

• Build, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines usingGitHub Actions to support automated software builds, testing, and deployments.

• Develop automation scripts to streamline infrastructure operations, deployment processes, and system administration tasks.

• Implement and maintainGitOps practices to ensure consistent, version-controlled infrastructure and application deployments.

• Manage and support DevOps tools and technologies, includingGitHub, Datadog, Nexus, HashiCorp Vault, and Docker.

• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues.

• Administer and troubleshootLinux and Windows environments, ensuring system stability, security, and performance.

• Collaborate with software engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to improve deployment efficiency and operational reliability.

• Implement DevOps best practices for infrastructure security, secrets management, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in aDevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or similar technical role.

• Strong working knowledge ofAWS and GCP, including cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.

• Practical experience withTerraform for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) implementation and maintenance.

• Experience developing automation scripts using languages such asPython, Bash, or PowerShell.

• Hands-on experience building and maintainingCI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

• Good understanding ofGitOps principles, version control, and automated deployment practices.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and technologies, including:

  • GitHub – Source code management and version control.

  • Datadog – Infrastructure monitoring, logging, and observability.

  • Nexus – Artifact repository management.

  • HashiCorp Vault – Secrets management and security.

  • Docker – Containerisation and application deployment.

• Strong knowledge ofLinux and Windows system administration, including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Understanding of cloud security, networking, infrastructure monitoring, and system reliability.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams.
