Devops Engineer

Job description:

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise chatbot and conversational AI solutions.
• Develop and integrate chatbots with APIs, web applications, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Work with cloud platforms such asAWS / Azure / GCP for application deployment and infrastructure management.
• Implement and maintainCI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Manage containerized applications usingDocker and Kubernetes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code usingTerraform / CloudFormation / ARM.
• Monitor applications and cloud infrastructure using tools such asCloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide L3 support.
• Implement security, access management, logging, monitoring, backup, and disaster-recovery practices.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, architecture, and infrastructure teams.
• Automate repetitive operational activities usingPython / Shell / PowerShell.
• Participate in cloud migration, performance optimization, and scalability initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience inCloud / DevOps / Automation.
• Strong experience inAWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience withDocker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD.
• Experience withTerraform or other IaC tools.
• Good scripting knowledge inPython, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, databases, and application integrations.
• Understanding of chatbot/conversational AI technologies is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and production-support experience.
