Devops Engineer

B2 Band(4 to 6 years)

Location – Airoli, Mumbai

Work Mode – All 5 days work from office for first 3 months and then 3 days work from office hybrid mode.

Notice Period – 30 to 60 days. Immediate joiners are not preferred as demand start date is in Sept

Budget : Approx 16 LPA

Functional

§ Basic understanding of finance and investment banking

§ Work on complex systems and a challenging international work environment

§ Good understanding of SDLC, with experience on at least one agile and design methodology (Scrum, XP, RUP, TOGAF…).

Technical

· Hands-on experience with Deployment Strategies [Blue-Green, Canary & others]

· Hands-on experience building CI/CD workflows and using scripting languages (one or more languages, e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, PowerShell)

· Hands-on experience with software deployment and orchestration technologies e.g., Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes & CloudFormation in production environments

· Hands-on experience with build & continuous services like Jenkins, Artifactory, Nexus, Maven and Gradle

· Reasonable knowledge on source code management system such as SVN / GitHub/GitLab.

· Basic understanding on Relational Database Systems and JMS/WebSphere MQ, Restful Web Services.

· Excellent understanding and practical experience of Spring Frameworks (IOC, Spring Data, Spring MVC, Spring Integration etc.).

· Good understanding of BigData Ecosystem including Cloudera components HDFS, Kafka, Spark Streaming, Yarn, Hive, Zookeeper, Flink , Ranger & ELK stack

· Strong knowledge on distributed systems particularly on messaging brokers such as WebSphere MQ and Apache Kafka.

· Very good understanding of application system design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance using UML.

· Ability to assess interdependence and impact of a change at application level.

· Cloudera [CDP] certified preferably or similar certifications or equivalent practical experience is an advantage
