The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing observability, application performance monitoring, and incident resolution across critical business applications. This role requires hands-on expertise in Dynatrace APM, strong experience in Linux-based systems, and working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).You will be instrumental in building and optimizing end-to-end monitoring solutions, proactively identifying performance issues, and driving root cause analysis to improve system reliability and customer experience.---Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Dynatrace across enterprise applications and infrastructure. Participate in on-call rotations or incident management during critical business hours as needed.---Required Skills Qualifications 5 years of experience in IT Operations or Infrastructure, with strong knowledge of Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.). 3 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace, including implementation, dashboarding, and custom monitoring configuration. Solid understanding of cloud platforms (preferably AWS or Azure) and experience monitoring cloud-native services. Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) to support automation and integration tasks. Good understanding of network protocols, application stacks (Java, .NET, Node.js), APIs, and microservices architecture. Familiarity with CICD pipelines and integration of monitoring into DevOps workflows. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
