Key Competencies
Technical Skills: Experience with the CyberArk Privileged Access Management solution
Experience on CyberArk CPM and PSM plugin development
Experience on scripting (PowerShell| C| RESTful APIs| Shell scripting)Experience of Identity Access Management IDAM technologies and processes
Experience on ticketing tools
Knowledge of AutoIT| SSH| RDP| HTML| SSL| Windows| Linux and Databases
Knowledge or experience with Active Directory| LDAP| DB| network devices
Documentation skills
Prior experience in a global company with strong knowledge of complex IT organizations and security technologies
Must have: Fluent in English communication (German is an advantage)Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with global teams
Strong planning| organizational and presentation skills
Strong self-starter with innate curiosity to develop and improve customer support processes
