- High School Diploma or equivalentÂ
- Canlift up to 50 lbs. at a timeÂ
- Can move up and down laddersfrequentlyÂ
- Comfortable working at heightsfrequentlyÂ
- Ability to sit or stand forlong periodsÂ
- Able to work in various temperaturesÂ
- Mustmaintain an excellent driving recordÂ
- All primary responsibilities will beassisted or performed under the direct supervision of an experienced technicianÂ
- Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets byutilizing multiple craft skills (for example, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, and food equipment) and using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobsÂ
- Utilize the work order management system to receive reactive repair Work Orders to support Stores and Store associates and document repair activitiesÂ
- Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance callsÂ
- Inspecting,operating, or testing facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issuesÂ
- Complete all required training requirements tooperate equipment and tools safelyÂ

The hourly wage range for this position is $29.00 - $56.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...

Hold and maintain Universal or Type I and Type II Environmental Protection Agency certification for refrigerant handling.Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
Option 1: 1 year’s experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
Option 2: 2 years’ Walmart store experience.
EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.• Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years.
Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.
No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
