As aFrench-speaking Desk Account Manager Online inBenálmadena (Málaga), you'll help mid-market customers maximize the value of an AI-powered SaaS platform while driving product adoption, customer retention, and business growth.

What you will do in this role

• Build and manage customer relationships, promoting the adoption and effective use of an AI-powered SaaS platform.

• Identify customer needs and driveupselling, cross-selling, retention, and re-engagement opportunities to maximize account growth.

• Guide customers through platform capabilities, remove adoption barriers, and provide tailored recommendations to help them achieve their business goals.

• Manage subscription updates, commercial discussions, and customer satisfaction to support long-term retention.

• Track customer interactions, opportunities, and performance metrics using CRM tools, ensuring accurate pipeline management and reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and contribute to business success.

Your qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience inAccount Management, Customer Success, or B2B SaaS Sales.

• Native or bilingualFrench and professionalEnglish.

• Experience drivingcustomer retention, upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.

• Experience usingSalesforce or other CRM platforms in a target-driven environment.

• Passion fortechnology, SaaS, and Generative AI, with the ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and engaging way.

Nice to have

• Degree inBusiness, Marketing, Customer Relations, or a related field.

• Knowledge of sales methodologies such asMEDDIC, MEDPIC, or Outcome Selling.
