Job Summary

We are seeking a highly technical and hands-on Engineer 4 to lead the design, development, and delivery of next-generation AI-native developer productivity, analytics, reliability, and operational intelligence platforms.
This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive architecture, technical design, implementation, and product delivery while also contributing significant hands-on development work. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in React UI development, Python and Java backend engineering, AI/LLM technologies, observability platforms, and modern software architecture patterns to help transform how engineering and operations teams leverage AI for analytics, automated triage, root cause analysis (RCA), and operational insights.
The candidate will lead a small team of engineers while remaining actively involved in coding, technical execution, architecture reviews, and product strategy.

Job Description

Technical Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end technical architecture, design, and implementation of AI-native platforms and products.
  • Serve as technical lead for a development team of approximately 4 engineers.
  • Establish engineering standards, architectural principles, and best practices.
  • Guide technical decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Partner with product management and engineering leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Drive roadmap execution from concept through production delivery.

Full-Stack Development

  • Design and develop modern React-based user experiences and dashboards.
  • Build scalable backend services using Python and Java.
  • Develop APIs, microservices, event-driven services, and data processing pipelines.
  • Implement cloud-native applications running on Kubernetes and modern container platforms.
  • Perform hands-on coding, code reviews, debugging, and production support.

AI & Intelligent Analytics Solutions

  • Design and implement AI-powered developer productivity and operational intelligence solutions.
  • Build agentic workflows leveraging LLMs, MCP (Model Context Protocol), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Develop automated triage and RCA capabilities using AI-driven analytics.
  • Integrate AI copilots, intelligent assistants, and conversational experiences into engineering workflows.
  • Build AI-driven insights that improve reliability, performance, observability, and operational efficiency.

Observability & Analytics

  • Architect and implement observability solutions leveraging:
    • Elasticsearch
    • Kibana
    • Logstash
    • OpenSearch
    • Prometheus
    • Grafana
    • OpenTelemetry
  • Design analytics pipelines that correlate:
    • Logs
    • Metrics
    • Traces
    • User sessions
    • Customer experience signals
  • Build intelligent dashboards for:

    • Traffic analysis
    • Core Web Vitals
    • Reliability metrics
    • Operational health

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence across the team.
  • Lead technical design reviews and architecture discussions.
  • Drive engineering best practices for:

  • Guide the team through delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives.
