About the Role

As aSenior Full Stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and enhance scalable enterprise applications within the FIS Private Equity Suite platform. You will work across the full technology stack, leveragingAngular, C#, .NET, microservices, and containerized architectures to deliver secure, high-performing solutions for global clients. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to drive modernization initiatives using modern engineering practices, includingAI-assisted development with GitHub Copilot. Success is measured by the quality, scalability, reliability, and business impact of the solutions delivered.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications usingAngular, TypeScript, C#, and .NET technologies.
• Develop and enhancemicroservices-based solutions and distributed application architectures.
• Build responsive, accessible, and user-centric web interfaces that provide an exceptional client experience.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Develop and deploy applications usingDocker, containerization technologies, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, architecture, DevOps, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• LeverageGitHub Copilot and AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development productivity, code quality, and innovation.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to application modernization initiatives, including cloud-native and container-based deployments.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to engineering standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues while improving overall system performance and reliability.
• Support Agile delivery practices including estimation, sprint planning, development, testing, and release activities.
• Analyze complex technical challenges and recommend scalable, maintainable, and resilient solutions.

Required Qualifications

•6-10+ years of hands-on software development experience withC#, .NET, Angular, TypeScript, Microservices, Docker, and Container Technologies.
• Strong expertise in developing full stack applications usingAngular, C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
• Proven experience designing and buildingmicroservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience withDocker, containerization, and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes/AKS/OpenShift preferred).
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, development, and integration patterns.
• Experience with modern front-end technologies including Angular, HTML5, CSS3, RxJS, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience usingGitHub Copilot or AI-powered developer productivity tools in software development workflows.
• Strong experience with Git-based source control, branching strategies, and collaborative development practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience withAzure, AKS, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of messaging/event-driven frameworks such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or similar technologies.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, xUnit, NUnit, or similar tools.
• Understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, and performance analysis tools.
• Experience developing solutions withinfinancial services, fintech, private equity, or investment management domains.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices, application security, and compliance requirements.
• Experience leading technical design discussions, mentoring engineers, and driving engineering best practices.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and modern software engineering productivity platforms.
