JD—Salesforce Developer with 3+ years' experience in designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows. Responsibilities include external system integration, issue troubleshooting, and expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs and web services.
  • Customize, configure, and develop solutions specifically for Sales and Service Cloud functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs, test stability, and ensure the quality of code delivered.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Lead code reviews and establish coding standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
Required skills and qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce.
  • Development: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
  • Integration: Experience with integrating Salesforce using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Platform Knowledge: Understanding of the Salesforce data model, standard/custom objects, and security models (e.g., FLS, sharing).
  • Certifications: Salesforce Sales cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is often preferred or required.
  • Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Other Skills:Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
