Description:
Seeking an Airtable Automation and Workflow Developer to design and build workflow solutions for the Legal department. The role involves developing Airtable bases, interfaces, automations, custom JavaScript scripts, and API integrations to streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Airtable bases, data models, interfaces, and automations.
- Build custom scripts using JavaScript and integrate systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
- Gather and document business requirements from Legal stakeholders.
- Deliver end-to-end workflow automation solutions.
- Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and support business users.
- Document technical designs and workflow processes.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience developing Airtable automation and workflow solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Airtable bases, linked records, views, interfaces, automations, and scripting.
- Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and webhooks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Familiarity with GPT/LLM tools such as Airtable AI, Claude, or ChatGPT API.
- Previous experience supporting Legal departments.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $74.00 per hour.
