Developer III - Software Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionateMS .NET Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in.NET 8, C#, React, Microservices, Azure, and SQL Server and be responsible for building scalable, enterprise-grade applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. Working closely with technical leads, architects, product managers, and UI/UX teams, you will contribute to the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of modern cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using.NET 8, C#, React, Redux, and Microservices.
• Ensure code quality through adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices.
• Build reusable and maintainable frontend and backend components.

AI-Assisted Development

• Leverage AI-powered development tools such asGitHub Copilot to improve productivity, accelerate development, and enhance code quality.
• Demonstrate practical experience in utilizing AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle.

Microservices & API Development

• Design and implement robustMicroservices-based architectures with a focus on scalability, fault tolerance, and maintainability.
• Develop and integrate secure RESTful APIs and web services.
• Implement best practices for distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly web applications usingReact, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Material UI, Bootstrap, and Next.js.
• Create reusable UI component libraries and maintain consistency across applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver engaging user experiences.

Backend & Database Development

• Develop high-quality backend services using.NET 8, ASP.NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
• Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and scalability.

Cloud & DevOps

• Build, deploy, and support applications onMicrosoft Azure.
• Utilize Azure services includingApp Services, Functions, AKS, API Management, Azure SQL, Storage, and Redis.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines usingAzure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Work with containerization technologies such asDocker and Kubernetes.

Quality & Performance

• Develop unit tests and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, designers, and fellow developers.
• Mentor and support junior developers where required.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Application Development.
