Developer - Toronto, ON - Contract - $35.28-$50.40 per Hr

Join our team in a contract role based in Toronto, ON, where you will support AI-enabled systems. You will troubleshoot, resolve production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance. This position requires familiarity with AI/ML technologies and data pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support system stability by assisting with fixes and validating model behavior.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AI/ML model failures and data pipeline issues.
• Monitor applications and data pipelines, identifying anomalies and implementing preventive measures.
• Contribute to problem management by documenting recurring issues and assisting in remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting AI-enabled production systems.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting AI/ML model failures and data pipeline issues.
• Ability to monitor applications and identify anomalies such as model drift.
• Experience in documenting issues and assisting in root cause analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
