Location: Remote (US) with travel within US as requiredProject: Reliance – Implementation Projects
Role Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Developer with expertise inC++ and .NET to design, develop, and maintain applications for power system solutions. This role supportsimplementation projects for Reliance platform solutions across US-based utilities, requiring close collaboration with engineering teams and occasional on-site engagement.Mandatory Requirements
- Reliance Product Knowledge: PowerOn Reliance / XA / 21 (must be clearly mapped in resume)
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications usingC++ and .NET frameworks.
- Integrate software components with Reliance platform (PowerOn Reliance/XA/21).
- Collaborate with system engineers and database teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
- Ensure compliance with SCADA and power system standards.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Participate inon-site implementation activities within the US when required.
- Work effectively in aremote environment, ensuring timely communication and deliverables.
Skills Required
- Strong programming skills inC++ and .NET.
- Knowledge ofobject-oriented design, multi-threading, and real-time systems.
- Familiarity withSCADA protocols and power system concepts.
- Experience withSQL Server or other relational databases.
- Good understanding ofnetwork communication and distributed systems.
- Ability to work independently and adapt toremote collaboration and travel needs.
Experience
- 10–15 years total experience, with strong background in software development for industrial or energy domain.
- Prior experience withReliance platform (PowerOn Reliance/XA/21) ismandatory.
