We are seeking aDeveloper / Analyst – Regulatory Reporting with strong hands-on experience inFR 2052A implementation and working knowledge of technical components supporting regulatory reporting systems.
This is ahybrid functional + technical role, ideal for candidates who have led or supportedFR 2052A implementations and can collaborate effectively with development teams by reviewing, analyzing, and validating technical logic and data flows.
The role doesnot require heavy development, but candidates should be comfortable reviewingPL/SQL code, data mappings, and reporting logic.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supportimplementation and enhancement of FR 2052A regulatory reporting
  • Analyze and validatereport logic, data sourcing, and transformations
  • Review and interpretPL/SQL code and database logic (no heavy coding required)
  • Translatebusiness and regulatory requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Performdata analysis, reconciliation, and validation for regulatory submissions
  • Collaborate with:
    • Business stakeholders
    • Regulatory teams
    • Technical/development teams
  • Identify gaps in reporting logic and recommend solutions
  • Participate inUAT, functional testing, and validation cycles
  • Ensure compliance withliquidity regulatory reporting standards
  • Support implementation using tools likeAxiom (preferred)
🧠 Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years in financial services (banking preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience with FR 2052A (mandatory)
  • Deep understanding ofliquidity regulatory reporting
  • Experience working onFR 2052A implementations (end-to-end or major phases)
  • Ability to:
    • Review and understandPL/SQL / SQL logic
    • Work withOracle or relational databases
  • Strongdata analysis, reconciliation, and validation skills
  • Experience bridgingbusiness and technical teams
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
⭐ Preferred Skills
  • Experience withAxiom SL / Axiom ControllerView
  • Exposure to other regulatory reports (LCR, NSFR, CCAR, etc.)
  • Familiarity withdata warehousing / ETL concepts
  • Prior experience inlarge banking or financial institutions
