About The Job:

Essential Job Functions:
Test Design Scripting
- Script Creation Record user sessions and develop automated test scripts for APIs (RESTSOAP)| web UIs| and mobile applications (AndroidiOS).
- Scenario Planning Design realistic test scenarios such as load| stress| spike| and endurance testing to simulate actual user traffic patterns.
- Data Management Prepare and manage dynamic test data parameters to accurately mimic a multi-user environment.
- Test Execution Run large-scale performance tests using centralized infrastructure| controllers| and load generators.
- Real-Time Monitoring Track server behavior| response times| CPU| memory| and network utilization while the tests are actively running.
- Root Cause Analysis Identify performance bottlenecks at the application| database| and infrastructure levels before they impact end-users.
- Reporting Generate detailed test reports and executive summaries containing actionable insights and recommendations for performance tuning.
- Pipeline Automation Integrate load testing seamlessly into CICD pipelines so tests are automatically triggered on every build.
- Cross-Team Alignment Collaborate with developers| DevOps engineers| and architects to define performance thresholds| support system tuning| and establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
- Associate should know Neo Load.
- The associate knows performance testing with eCommerce background in any other tool JMeter etc.
- Neo Load is Preferable.
- Skills: Performance Testing.
- Experience Required: 6-8.
