Pay Rate: $25.00-26.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM
On-Call: Yes

Work Type: 100% Onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician for an onsite position. Candidates should have a strong technical background and be comfortable working independently in an onsite support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair, test, image, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, monitors, and printers
• Install, configure, and support hardware, software, and peripherals
• Handle PC refreshes, printer migrations, and IMAC activities
• Manage and follow up on support tickets
• Provide basic server and network troubleshooting/support
• Assist with backups, upgrades, patches, and equipment maintenance
• Provide friendly, professional face-to-face support to end users
• Assist with asset management and documentation
• Work independently while managing multiple projects and priorities

Requirements

• Drug and background screening
• Reliable transportation
• 3–7 years of relevant IT experience
• Strong technical/troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working 100% onsite
• Must be available for the 11:00 AM–7:30 PM shift
• Must be available for on-call support
