Senior IT Support Analyst – 3 / 4 days a week on site in Dublin

Hands-on Windows desktop support building PCs and fixing operating system/driver/software issues – Dell environment, autopilot / PXE
Microsoft 0365 Office – resolving customer issues, SME on SharePoint and Teams end user support
Account administration (e.g. Active Directory, group policy, Okta, logon problems including remote logon issues).
iPhone email support - Airwatch (e.g. mailbox setup and synchronisation issues).
Service now experience, ticket and escalation handling
Able to build relationships and rapport with clients in a face to face environment.
AV meeting room support and troubleshooting
- Cisco VCs
- Solstice
- App Space
- Liaise with HQ team and local AV vendor

Regional Technical Lead
- Escalation point for the other desktop members
- Opening tickets with Microsoft
- Windows Vulnerability management via RiskSense and PowerShell scripting
- Asset life-cycle replacement, reporting and recycling
- EMEA Meeting room monthly reporting
- Roll out of Tanium & ControlUp
