Our client has issued a request for a Desktop Support Technician with experience supporting video tele-conferencing solutions (Cisco Webex) and an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software.
Exceptional Candidate Characteristics:
- Experience with a Texas State Agency or Texas City/County government
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow in a support environment - preferred

Responsibilities:
The worker will have an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology. Performs installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computers (PC) and related systems. Troubleshoots and resolves software and hardware failures. Identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers. Provides technical support, training, process creation, and leading various project efforts, and is an exceptional local leader and mentor to junior Technicians
Qualifications:

| 5 | Experience in supporting personal computer hardware and routine software installation |
| 5 | Experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in a enterprise environment |
| 5 | Experience supporting Microsoft Productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams |
| 4 | Experience providing "white-glove” executive level support |
| 4 | Experience supporting video tele-conferencing solutions such as Cisco Webex |
