Title:Desktop Support Tech I
Location:Kansas City, KS 66160
Job Type:Contract
Schedule:8 hours | Days | 0800-16:30 | Monday-Friday
Pay Range: $20 - $22/hr. on W2
Job Summary:
- Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends per month
- Holiday Requirement: Required as needed in schedule rotation
- Floating Requirement: none
- On Call Requirement: none
- Experience Requirement: 1-3 years IT experience
- Previous Desktop experience
- Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, installing, configuring, and upgrading computer equipment
- Experience documenting service tickets and working within established SLAs
- Experience providing basic technical training to end users. 1-3 years' experience.
