Location: Rocky Mount, NC

Duration: 6 Months (Onsite)

Seeking for a Desktop Support Specialist, where you'll provide essential support to our Client Services Operations. Your role will involve addressing a high volume of Service Desk requests, managing hardware installations, and offering customer software support. You'll work closely with the Client Services Team to ensure client satisfaction and organizational success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects by directing the work of others and integrating team skills for success.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures, ensuring they align with Operational and Service Level Agreements.
• Implement IT Security Office requirements to protect data from unauthorized access or usage.

Must-Have Skills:

• 7 years of experience with computer hardware, software, peripherals, and networking protocols.
• Proficiency in installing and imaging new computers and loading software.
• Experience in setting up local and network printers and configuring peripherals.
• Skilled in data migration and user profile management.
• Ability to document technical field support processes and procedures.
• Knowledge and working experience with the ServiceNow call tracking system.
