This position provides phone desktop support and consulting services, focusing on problem resolution. The role requires interfacing with other support groups and/or suppliers to resolve issues effectively.
- Troubleshoot routine to moderately complex desktop problems.

- Provide on-site desktop services and problem resolution.
- Interface with other support groups and/or suppliers to resolve problems.
Specialized training in PC/LAN Technology is required. X years of experience is necessary.
