Job Description:
- Manage the complete lifecycle of IT hardware assets including laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory, tagging, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Handle hardware procurement, deployment, transfers, returns, and disposal.
- Update asset records in ServiceNow or other IT asset management tools.
- Coordinate hardware refreshes, replacements, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
- Conduct periodic asset audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Provide basic desktop/hardware troubleshooting and end-user support.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
