• Projected Start - November 2026 - 12 week project 
• Travel to site locations in Baltimore, MD 

Deskside Support

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate technical information to end users and technical staff
• Knowledgeable of Autopilot deployment process and Intune device management
• Will be tasked to assist users with inital device setup

• • Unboxing and pre-provisioning via Autopilot
  • Guide user through first logon
  • Pre-packaged application installs via Company Portal
  • Printer and network resource access
  • Basic app and OS settings

• Must be able to complete basic troubleshooting steps

• • Provisioning failures
  • App installation issues
  • Logon issues

• Will Collaborate with technical staff to refine device deployment process

• • Collects detailed error information for further troubleshooting
  • Documents user feedback and passes it on to technical team
  • Validate changes to deployment process have desired effect
