Principais responsabilidades

• Criar materiais online e offline, como campanhas, peças para redes sociais, materiais comerciais, eventos, apresentações e materiais impressos.
• Desenvolver landing pages em parceria com os times de marketing, conteúdo e desenvolvimento, considerando identidade visual, experiência do usuário e conversão.
• Cuidar da aplicação e da evolução da identidade visual da marca, garantindo consistência entre canais e formatos.
• Traduzir objetivos de negócio e comunicação em soluções visuais claras, relevantes e criativas.
• Orientar o time de design, revisar entregas e compartilhar referências e boas práticas.
• Criar e aprimorar apresentações institucionais e comerciais em PowerPoint e Keynote.
• Desenvolver vídeos e peças de motion design para campanhas, redes sociais e comunicação da marca.
• Colaborar com os times de conteúdo e performance, adaptando a linguagem visual aos objetivos de cada projeto.
• Organizar arquivos, templates e bibliotecas de elementos para facilitar a produção e o uso dos materiais.
• Utilizar inteligência artificial para explorar ideias, ampliar possibilidades criativas e ganhar eficiência, mantendo qualidade e coerência com a marca.

Requisitos

• Experiência consistente em design gráfico e digital, com portfólio que demonstre domínio de identidade visual, campanhas e diferentes formatos de comunicação.
• Domínio de composição, tipografia, hierarquia da informação e direção de arte.
• Conhecimento de ferramentas como Adobe Creative Cloud e Figma, ou equivalentes.
• Experiência com materiais impressos e preparação de arquivos para produção gráfica.
• Conhecimento de redes sociais, seus formatos e particularidades de linguagem.
• Conhecimento de edição de vídeo e motion design.
• Conhecimento de PowerPoint e Keynote.
• Capacidade de conduzir projetos com autonomia, organizar prioridades e cumprir prazos.
• Boa comunicação para apresentar decisões criativas, receber feedback e orientar outras pessoas.

Diferenciais

• Experiência em orientação técnica ou liderança de times criativos.
• Uso de ferramentas de inteligência artificial no processo de criação.
• Conhecimento de UX/UI, design responsivo e boas práticas para landing pages.
• Experiência em projetos que conectem construção de marca e resultados de marketing.
