You’ll work across the design process—from understanding the problem to exploring concepts, designing interfaces, and refining details—while collaborating closely with product and engineering.## What You’ll Do* Design user-centered interfaces for web and/or mobile experiences* Translate product goals and user needs into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs* Create and iterate on prototypes to validate ideas and communicate interactions* Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with high quality* Contribute to and help maintain a consistent visual language (components, patterns, and guidelines)* Use feedback, data, and usability insights to improve designs over time* Present design work clearly, explaining rationale and trade-offs## What We’re Looking For (0–5 years experience)* A strong foundation in visual design and layout (typography, spacing, hierarchy, color)* Comfort designing UI for real-world constraints (edge cases, responsiveness, accessibility basics)* Ability to think through interaction details and user journeys, not just screens* Clear communication and openness to feedback and iteration* A portfolio (student, personal, or professional) showing your process and outcomes* Experience with modern design tools (e.g., Figma or similar)## Nice to Have* Basic understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS concepts)* Experience with design systems or component libraries* Familiarity with user research methods (interviews, usability testing) and synthesizing findings* Motion/interaction design experience (micro-interactions, transitions)* Brand or marketing design experience (landing pages, product visuals)## What Success Looks Like* You deliver designs that are clear, consistent, and ready for implementation* You proactively identify UX issues and propose practical improvements* You collaborate smoothly with product and engineering, keeping work moving* You raise the quality bar through attention to detail and thoughtful iteration## LocationSfântu Gheorghe, Romania
