Must-Haves:

2–5 years of relevant engineering experience (preferred range discussed was 2–3+ years)
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited program or equivalent)
Design Release Engineer, Product Engineer, or Component Engineer experience (not primarily CAD/design-focused roles)
Experience with fuel systems, preferably:
Fuel tanks
Fuel delivery modules (FDMs)/fuel pumps
Urea/DEF tank systems
Understanding of APQP processes
Experience supporting product validation activities (DVP&R exposure preferred)
Strong communication skills and ability to work with suppliers, manufacturing, validation labs, program teams, and quality organizations
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
