Technical Specialist

Position Summary

Carrier is seeking an experienced BeyondTrust Engineer to join the Global Identity & Access Management team. This role will be responsible for engineering, administration, migration, automation, and operational support of Carrier's BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform.

The engineer will play a key role in Carrier's strategic initiative to migrate from BeyondTrust on-premises to BeyondTrust SaaS, expand PAM adoption across the enterprise, secure privileged identities, onboard service accounts and critical assets, and support compliance initiatives including SOX and audit requirements.

• Experience supporting enterprise PAM implementations.

• Experience managing privileged and service account lifecycle processes.

• Experience supporting cloud and SaaS PAM platforms.

• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

• PowerShell scripting

• REST APIs

• ServiceNow integration

• SIEM integration (Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, etc.)

• Windows and Linux administration
