The proposed CDEU will act as a centralized function responsible for end-to-end management of post-sanction documentation activities, including:

• Digital execution of Sanction Letters, KFS, Loan Agreements and transaction documents through Leegality.
• Execution of Addendum/Supplemental Sanction Letters and Addendum Facility Agreements.
• Preparation of transaction and security documents using approved templates.
• Preparation and coordination of mortgage documentation.
• Drafting of Board Resolutions, Authority Letters and other pre-signing documents.
• Verification of collateral creation and linkage with respective loan accounts.
• Audit support and stakeholder coordination.
