At Kiddi Caru Day Nursery on Downend Road, we are looking for a caring, motivated and enthusiasticDeputy Nursery Manager to support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of our nursery.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery.
• Leading, motivating and supporting the nursery team.
• Ensuring high standards of care, education and safeguarding.
• Supporting the delivery of engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
• Building positive relationships with parents and carers.
• Supporting staff training, development and performance.
• Ensuring nursery policies, health and safety procedures and Ofsted requirements are met.
• Helping to create a positive, welcoming environment for children, families and colleagues.

What are we looking for?

• A relevant Level 3 childcare qualification or above.
• Experience working in an early years setting.
• Previous leadership experience, ideally as a Room Leader or Deputy Manager.
• A good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
• Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for early years education.
